- How To Identify An Ineligible Underground Storage Tank:
A green sticker posted in a window, or another spot visible from the tank
area, indicates that all regulated underground tanks at that facility comply
with the upgrade requirements. These tanks may be filled. The
fill pipes of those tanks that do not meet the upgrade standard should be
sealed and labeled with a red aluminum tag: "Any fill pipe that is sealed
and tagged may not be filled."
