States and territories are listed alphabetically below, with the amount of LUST Recovery Act money for each to assess and clean up underground storage tank leaks, and date the assistance agreement was awarded. Date awarded information is updated weekly. There may be a slight delay between award date and when that information is posted here. (Note that American Samoa and North Dakota declined LUST Recovery Act money.)

EPA regional underground storage tank programs entered into assistance agreements with states and territories. These assistance agreements include more detailed descriptions of states’ and territories’ work plans.
