- ARC Technologies holds IP rights to membrane and PSA technologies for processing LFG into pipeline quality gas. ARC commissioned two high-Btu membrane gas plants, which operate at two Waste Management landfills since early 2003. In September 2008, ARC financed, designed, commissioned, and now operates the latest in PSA gas plant technology, which addresses high oxygen and nitrogen in LFG. This new gas separation technology also has a proprietary pretreatment stage that reduces the VOCs, H2S, and siloxanes before the gas separation step. ARC is now positioned to offer its equipment and services to the landfill industry at a turnkey price. ARC hopes to be a key equipment manufacturer for reducing greenhouse gas emissions from landfills.
