- In 2010, staff at Cinder Lake Landfill supervised an LFG evaluation study performed by RW Beck. In January 2012, staff at Cinder Lake Landfill issued an RFP to commence an LFG technical and financial feasibility study. Staff at Cinder Lake Landfill will use the information from these two studies to make recommendations to management on whether to pursue LFG energy development, and if so, what type of technology should be utilized.
