- Dominion East Ohio (DEO) is a natural gas LDC operating in northeast and southeast Ohio as well as the Lima, Ohio area. They presently have one LFG energy project that delivers gas to their system and are looking for other opportunities with candidate landfills within their service territory. DEO is only a transporter of gas on their system to end consumers and the owner of the LFG would need to work with marketers on their system. DEO would also consider installing the processing plant to clean and upgrade the gas as needed.
