One of Santerro's patented technologies, the Frac Rite process--an adaptation of oilfield hydraulic fracturing--is used to reduce the number of recovery wells and time needed for clean up due to significantly enhanced flow rates from fractured wells. The Frac Rite process can be used for more efficient landfill gas collection using fewer wells, and to lower landfill leachate levels.
