- Stradley has negotiated and overseen implementation of projects on behalf of solid waste, recycling, biomass, ethanol, and wastewater treatment companies. Stradley regularly negotiates complex contractual issues, including gas rights agreements, gas sale agreements, power sales agreements, and facility operation and maintenance agreements, often involving CHP facilities as well as pipelines and compressor stations.
