The Wetland Restoration Guidance was developed in 2003 by the Interagency Workgroup
on Wetland Restoration (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Army Corps
of Engineers, Fish and Wildlife Service, Natural Resources Conservation
Services, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).
