Summary Information from the 2002 Critical Use Exemption Applications

The following summary information was submitted by each applicant as part of their request for a critical use exemption (CUE) from the phaseout of methyl bromide. These worksheets have been posted on EPA's website in order to provide general information on CUE requests to the interested public.

All of the data contained in the following worksheets were supplied by the applicant and have not been altered by the EPA, USDA, or any other agent of the U.S. government. The EPA does not endorse any of the data contained in the following worksheets nor has EPA verified the accuracy of any of the data prior to its posting. For example, information such as the amount of methyl bromide requested has not been verified with the applicant to ascertain if the amount requested is indeed only methyl bromide or if the amount mistakenly includes other substances mixed with methyl bromide in formulated products. In addition, some CUE applications may overlap and therefore some amount of the methyl bromide requested may be double counted. The statements and data in the following documents are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
