Tribal Areas Designated under the 2006 Air Quality Standards
| EPA plans to designate geographic areas as attaining or not attaining the 2008 ground-level ozone standards by March 12, 2010. EPA has requested that states and tribes submit recommendations to EPA for ground-level ozone attainment and nonattainment areas by March 12, 2009.
