States Implementing ERP
Many states have developed or are implementing at least one ERP to address challenging environmental issues in a number of sectors/groups. Currently 18 states, covering 8 EPA Regions, have ERPs to address challenging environmental issues in 11 sectors/groups. New states will be added to this list as additional programs are undertaken.
