Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Time Limited Registration Decision for two new seed blend PIP products in field corn for the 2010 growing season. These seed blends contain previously registered events (active ingredients) and are available for public comment. EPA is making its registration decision document, called a Biopesticides Registration Action Document (BRAD) available for public comment. The BRAD contains EPA’s registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making the product labels available for comment. The Agency, is also requesting comments on a proposal to extend the time limited registration for the 2011 and 2012 growing season. Comments will be accepted through June 15, 2010.
