Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Time limited registration decision for a new active ingredient, including the risk assessment, and label available for comment. EPA is making its time limited registration decision, called a "Biopesticides Registration Action Decision (BRAD) available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's timed limited registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making the product label available for comment. Comments will be accepted through April 3, 2010.
- Final Registration Decision - EPA registered (E,Z)-7,9-Dodecadien-1-yl acetate on March 5, 2010.
