Proposed Registration Decision for the first food use of a pesticide product containing a currently registered active ingredient, including the risk assessment and proposed product label available for comment. EPA is making its proposed registration decision, called a "Biopesticides Registration Action Decision (BRAD)," available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's proposed registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making is making the product labels available for comment. Comments will be accepted through through March 26, 2011.
