Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Risk Assessments and Proposed Registration Decision added to docket: December 22, 2009. Proposed Registration Decision for a new active ingredient, including risk assessment and proposed labels available for comment. EPA is making its proposed registration decision, called a "Biopesticides Registration Action Decision (BRAD) available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's proposed registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making the proposed product labels available for comment. Comments will be available through January 20, 2010.
- Final Registration Decision - EPA registered Lavandulyl Senecioate on January 29, 2010.
