Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- EPA is making its Proposed Registration Decision for the first food use of a pesticide product containing a currently registered active ingredient available for comment. In addition, EPA is also including the risk assessment and proposed product labels available for comment. EPA's proposed registration decision and risk assessment is contained in an addendum to the "Biopesticide Registration Action Document", for Metarhizium anisopliae strain F52. Comments will be accepted through April 17, 2011.
