Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Proposed Registration Decision for a new plant incorporated protectant (PIP) active ingredient, including the risk assessment, and proposed product label available for comment. EPA is making its proposed registration decision, called a "Biopesticides Registration Action Decision" (BRAD) available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's proposed registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making is making the product label available for comment. Comments will be accepted through April 30, 2010.
Registration Decision:
- Final Registration Decision - EPA registered Trichoderma asperellum strain T34 on May 7, 2010.
