Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Proposed Registration Decision for a new active ingredient, including risk assessment and proposed labels available for comment. EPA is making its proposed registration decision, called a "Biopesticides Registration Action Decision (BRAD) available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's proposed registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making the proposed product labels available for comment. Comments will be accepted through February 25, 2010.
- Final Registration Decision - EPA registered S-Abscisic Acid on February 28, 2010.
