Regulatory Action Being Announced:
- Proposed Registration Decision for a new active ingredient, including risk assessment and proposed labels available for comment. EPA is making its proposed registration decision, called a "Biopesticides Registration Action Decision (BRAD) available for comment. The BRAD contains EPA's proposed registration decision and the risk assessment. In addition, EPA is making the proposed product labels available for comment. Comments will be accepted through January, 29 2010.
- Final Registration Decision - EPA registered Trichoderma gamsii strain ICC 080 on February 5, 2010.
