| Action Code Interpretation: | An application for a new PIP active ingredient for a food/feed use. An EUP application accompanies the registration application. A tolerance or an exemption from a tolerance must be established. A petition to establish a tolerance or exemption from the requirement of a tolerance with supporting data must accompany the application. Issue(s) identified that warrant a SAP.
May be either a registration for seed increase or a full commercial registration. If a seed increase registration is granted first, full commercial registration is obtained using B890. |
