Match each stakeholder group to its unique set of needs.

|2. Regulators||B. Language that is legally enforceable, so that violators may be successfully prosecuted.|
|3. Users||C. Language that is clear, accurate, and consistent with EPA policies, in order to correctly train restricted-use pesticide users.|
