Correspondence for April 2005 action
Because PM2.5 designations occurred close to the end of 2004, EPA provided an opportunity for states to submit quality-assured, certified air quality data for 2002-2004. A number of states submitted information requesting a change in designation status prior to the April 5, 2005 effective date. State letters and associated information is listed below.
