DOE's 2009 Compliance Recertification Application

WIPP

EPA received the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) official Compliance Recertification Application on March 24, 2009. The official comment period on the application opened on June 16, 2009 and will remain open until the Agency specifies the end of the comment period with a future Federal Register notice announcing its completeness determination.
