RCRA Brownfield Regional Outreach Sessions

As part of the 2001 RCRA Reforms, and EPA's efforts to address brownfields issues, EPA has conducted RCRA Brownfield Outreach sessions in several Regions this year. While some of these sessions have been limited to EPA or EPA and State staff, some sessions have also included members of the regulated community and other stakeholders. These sessions have proved successful in bringing attention to EPA's emphasis on preventing RCRA Brownfields, in getting information on RCRA Reforms and Brownfield tools and resources to RCRA implementors, and providing feedback to EPA regarding barriers and needs.
