- The Environmental Protection Agency released the Site Inspection report for the Battlefield Golf Club in Chesapeake, Virginia. EPA's review of the data indicates that metals are not migrating from the fly ash on the golf course to the residential drinking water wells. Based on this information, EPA does not plan on listing the site on the NPL.
