The Federal Register - Region 3 Superfund Documents section contains the full-text of selected Federal Register documents issued from the EPA or other Federal Agencies that concern Region 3 Superfund related issues. These documents are downloaded from the Government Printing Office (GPO)
server, which maintains the official electronic version of the Federal Register.
While all of the documents found in this section are related to Region 3 Superfund issues, not all of the documents are published by the EPA. Criteria for inclusion in the Region 3 Superfund Documents section include : 1) the document describes the activities of the EPA, or; 2) the document is issued by an agency other than the EPA but concerns Region 3 Superfund.
