Chevron U.S.A., Inc., (Chillum, Maryland)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) invites public comment on a proposed Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) entered into between EPA and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. (Chevron) to clean up releases at or from the former Chevron gasoline service station located at 5801 Riggs Road in Chillum, Prince George’s County, Maryland (Facility). BASF, Williamsburg, Virginia Facility

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is announcing its proposed remedy and permit modification under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended (RCRA), for the E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company facility located in Towanda, PA. The comment period will begin on August 11, 2008 and end on September 25, 2008.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing its proposed remedy under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended (RCRA), for the SABIC Facility (formerly GE Plastics) located on State Route 892 in Washington, West Virginia.
