PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE:The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is announcing its draft permit to implement the continual obligations as described in the 2011 Final Decision and Response to Comments for the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory facility located in West Mifflin, PA.  The public notice, Corrective Action Factsheet, and Final decision have been posted for review and comments during the next 45 days. The comment period will begin on May 21, 2013 and end on July 5, 2013.

Atlantic Bulk Carrier Corp.- Roxbury, VA

PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE:The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is announcing its proposed decision of Corrective Action Complete with Controls requiring groundwater monitoring and groundwater use restrictions under the Resource Conservation Act, as amended (RCRA), for the Atlantic Bulk Carrier Corp. facility in Roxbury, VA.   The Public Notice and Statement of Basis have been posted for review and comments during the next 30 days.   The comment period will begin on April 23, 2013 and end on May 23, 2013.

Westlake Plastics Co., Inc. – Lenni, PA

PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE:The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is announcing its proposed decision of Corrective Action Complete without Controls under the Resource Conservation Act, as amended (RCRA), for the Westlake Plastics Co., Inc. facility in Lenni, PA. The Public Notice and Statement of Basis have been posted for review and comments during the next 30 days. The comment period will begin on April 18, 2013 and end on May 17, 2013.
