Permitting Reports

-- Comprehensive Permitting Report: Permitting Events By Unit - Shows all permitting events for each unit in chronological order by Actual Date

-- Comprehensive Permitting Report: Permit Unit List - Shows a list of units at a facility along with their LEOP and process code.

-- Comprehensive Permitting Unit List with History Report - Shows a list of units at with a facility along with their LEOP and process code history and other information.

-- Comprehensive Permitting Report: Permitting Events –Shows a facility’s permitting event history and the unit details linked to each event.

-- Permits Due Report - Shows list of operating and post closure permits due for renewal within a time period.

Corrective Action (CA) Reports

--CA Enviromental Indicator (HH and GW) and Remedy Construction Events Count Reports - Shows a list of Corrective Action Events which are (Enviromental Indicators: Human Exposure and Ground Water Controlled) and Remedy Construction Complete.

Compliance, Monitoring and Enforcement Reports

-- Timely and Appropriate Report - Shows number of days out of compliance for each violation. Violations with an enforcement action of 300 or greater will not appear on the report. These violations have been addressed.

-- Timely and Appropriate Report with All Violations - Shows number of days out of compliance for each violation. All violations will appear on this report, including those that have a related enforcement action of 300 or greater.

Financial Assurance Reports

-- FA Comprehensive Region 3's Report - Region 3's Comphrevensive Report of all financial assurance information listed cost estimate order by location/facility.

-- FA Cost Estimate Change Report - Shows financial assurance cost estimates that have changed more than a specified threshold parameter (default value is 10%) for each type of cost estimate. Also included are cost mechanisms for the cost estimates.

-- FA Mechanism Date Check Report - Shows any Financial Mechanisms that are missing Effective Date or past deadline for Expiration Date or Expire within a specified date range.

-- FA Missing Cost Estimates or Expired Mechanisms - Shows facilities with required Financial assurance and highlights in YELLOW missing (required) cost estimates or expired financial mechanisms.

GeoSpatial Information (GIS) Reports

-- GIS Report for Facilities with Corrective Action IC- EC Controls - Shows GIS Co-ordinate list for facilities with Institutional or Engineering Corrective Action Controls. Output is a co-ordinate list(s), plus handler,facility and area information , and associated corrective action event codes and notes. Report when requested in an optional delimited data file format, can be used to generate kml maps (with software referenced on web input form page.
