The United States Environmental Protection Agency maintains the "TSCA Hotline,". The TSCA Hotline: provides technical assistance and information about programs under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), including the Asbestos School Hazard Abatement Act (ASHAA), the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), and the Lead Exposure Reduction Act.The Hotline stocks TSCA-related documents, including Federal Register notices, reports, and information brochures and booklets. These are available free of charge.
