Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, Section 112, Hazardous Air Pollutants: List of Federal Register Notices, Proposed Rules, and Rules and Regulations

The attached file tabulates the Federal Register (FR) notices, proposed rules, promulgated rules, and amendments for all the rules and regulations that are pursuant to the Clean Air Act (CAA) Amendments of 1990, Section 112, Hazardous Air Pollutants.

Most entries relate to title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), part 63, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Source Categories. The part 63 NESHAP are also known as the Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) standards. The first table in the file gives the letter and name of each subpart and the page number where one can find the table listing the FR entries for that subpart.

At the end of the file, there is a table that lists FRs for the chemical accident prevention provisions, 40 CFR part 68, pursuant to CAA Section 112(r). There is also a table that lists FRS for the early reductions permit program, 40 CFR part 71, subpart B, pursuant to CAA Section 112(i)(5). Finally, there is a table that lists FRs for distribution of off-site consequence analysis information, 40 CFR part 1400, pursuant to CAA Section 112(r)(7).
