Section 1018 Complaint to One Management Inc; L&J Investment, Inc; and One Management Investment Group Inc.
On June 23, 2008, a Civil Administrative Complaint was issued to One Management, Inc.; L&J Investment, Inc.; and One Management Investment Group, Inc.: Detroit, Michigan citing 670 violations of the Real Estate Notification and Disclosure Rule in the rental and sale or residential housing built prior to 1978. The Complaint seeks a total penalty of $636,482.
