Summary:
This revision provides for the maintenance of total suspended particulates in the Niagara Frontier Air Quality Control Region.

New or Revised Regulations Included As Part of the SIP:
Part 214, "Byproduct Coke Oven Batteries" and Part 216, "Iron and/or Steel Processes"

Consent Orders
No. 84-135 and No. 84-131, both dated October 18, 1984, between NYSDEC and the Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
