US EPA Region 2 Brownfields Project Planning Guidance

EPA developed the, "US EPA Region 2 Brownfields Project Planning Guidance," a two volume reference document, to assist Region 2 Brownfields grant recipients in the planning of a Brownfields Assessment and in the preparation of required QA documentation.  

Volumes 1 & 2 contain various guidance materials which can be used as a reference when generating Sampling, Analysis, and Management Plans (SAMPs) and Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs).  Included as appendices are a Generic QAPP and SAMP to be used as a reference.  The reader will also find various sampling, analysis, and data validation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
