The Strategic Plan sets out the Region's goals for the next five years and describes how we intend to achieve a cleaner, healthier environment. The strategies, tools and programs highlighted in the Plan work towards achieving the five national goals of Clean Air and Global Climate Change, Clean and Safe Water, Land Preservation and Restoration, Healthy Communities and Ecosystems, and Compliance and Environmental Stewardship. The Region has developed the Plan with the input of our partners in the state environmental agencies and the Indian Nations.
