"DAT Editor" Software

DAT Editor is software to aid in reviewing data from EPA's Contract Laboratory Program. On a sample by sample basis, the DAT Editor extracts the list of compounds analyzed, the lab results, and qualifiers for each of the compounds, as well as a flag indicating if the sample's data are reportable.

To install DAT Editor, click the below link and choose to open the file with WinZip. Then double-click the file "setup.exe" and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

(Note that DAT editor only works with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. It is not compatible with Lotus 1-2-3 or Quattro Pro.)
