For reporting spills and emergencies in Puerto Rico call Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board (EQB) at 787-767-8181.
When calling, ask for the Land Pollution Control Division and the specific program, such as Permit, Enforcement, Special Waste (Universal Waste), Used Oil, Medical Waste, Non-hazardous Solid Waste (i.e., Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.)
