FY2010 Request for Proposals (RFP) for Communications, Outreach and Education

This RFP is seeking cost effective proposals from eligible applicants for communications, outreach, and media support functions for three tasks:(1) Communications, Outreach and Media for the Chesapeake Bay Program with a total estimated funding of between $240,000 and $275,000 each year,
(2) The Bay Journal with total estimated funding of between $300,000 and $350,000 each year, and
(3) The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) with total estimated funding of between $160,000 and $175,000 each year.

Each proposal will be evaluated based on the relevant criteria referenced in Section V. You may submit proposals for as many of the tasks as you choose. Each task requires a separate proposal. Each task is a multi-year project (up to six years), and the proposal should have a work plan and budget for the first year and an estimated budget detail for each of the subsequent years.
