FY2010 Request for Proposals (RFP) for Communications, Outreach and Education

This RFP is seeking cost effective proposals from eligible applicants for communications, outreach, and media support functions for three tasks:

(1) Communications, Outreach and Media for the Chesapeake Bay Program with a total estimated funding of between $240,000 and $275,000 each year,

(2) The Bay Journal with total estimated funding of between $300,000 and $350,000 each year, and

(3) The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) with total estimated funding of between $160,000 and $175,000 each year.

If your organization has an interest in these project areas, has the skills to accomplish one or more of the tasks, and is eligible to receive a federal assistance agreement as described in Section III, we encourage you to submit a proposal. Each proposal will be evaluated based on the relevant criteria referenced in Section V. You may submit proposals for as many of the tasks as you choose. Each task requires a separate proposal. Each task is a multi-year project (up to six years), and the proposal should have a work plan and budget for the first year and an estimated budget detail for each of the subsequent years.
