EPA Voluntary P2 Partnership Programs

EPA’s partnership programs, also known as voluntary or non-regulatory programs, encourage businesses, industry, local governments, and others to go beyond regulatory requirements to prevent or reduce pollution generated by their activities. |
In doing so, most participants realize lower operating costs and receive
public recognition as environmental leaders. The Partnership Program Coordinator
for EPA Region 3 is Lorna Rosenberg who can be contacted at 215-814-5389,
or by sending e-mail to rosenberg.lorna@epa.gov. There are currently 28
voluntary programs in place nationally. Those that are currently most
active in EPA Region 3 follow.
