Federal Facilities
The Federal Facilities Branch monitors and provides assistance to federal facilities in Region 4 to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and policies under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Superfund Amendments & Reauthorization Act (SARA). We also make certain that remedies protective of human health and the environment are selected and implemented under the direction of the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response Superfund and Federal Facilities. More information on waste management in Region 4 can be found on our regional states websites, by contacting a member of Region 4's Federal Facilities Branch staff, or accessing our Federal Facilities listing which provides the Remedial Project Manager's contact information.Federal Facilities Programs
