Notification Form
Companies or individual persons that generate, transport, treat, or dispose of solid wastes are responsible for determining if their solid wastes are hazardous wastes regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and, if so, must notify either the US EPA or their respective state of their regulated waste activities.
Use these state contacts to get guidelines for determining if solid wastes are regulated under RCRA and instructions on completing the required Site ID Form for notification of regulated waste activity.
