Section 112(l),
42 U.S.C. §7412, of the Clean Air Act provides authority
for EPA to approve state air toxics programs and for delegating
standards for hazardous air pollutants to the state. Approval of a state regulation under this provision of the Act makes the rule enforceable by EPA with respect to hazardous air pollutants. |
