The following Federal regulations pertain to EPA grants. Some are general, and apply to all EPA grants, i.e., Part 29, Part 32 and Part 34. Non-profit organizations, hospitals and institutions of higher education should pay particular attention to Part 30. State and local governments are governed by Part 31. Program-specific regulations are covered in Parts 35 though 47."
