EPA REGION 7 ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE RESEARCH GRANTS AVAILABLE
EPA is seeking Environmental Justice research grant applications to support
projects that examine issues related to a community’s exposure to
multiple environmental harms and risks.
The grants are available to Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska community-based organizations through the EPA Region 7 office in Kansas City, Kan.
The Environmental Justice Hazardous Substances Research Small Grants, provide financial assistance to eligible affected local community-based organizations. Projects must be for research, to expand scientific knowledge or understanding of the subject studied.
Application packages must be postmarked by midnight Friday, April 30.
