Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality's 2009 Air Monitoring Network Plan
On June 2, 2009, the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) posted its 2009 Air Monitoring Network Plan on the NDEQ Web site. NDEQ submitted its network plan electronically and in hard copy to EPA on July 1, 2009. NDEQ is taking comment on a revised version of its 2009 Air Monitoring Network Plan. NDEQ's modified 2009 Air Monitoring Network Plan was posted on NDEQ's Web site
on October 9, 2009, and can be downloaded from that Web site.
Information on how to submit comments to NDEQ can be found at the above NDEQ Web site. EPA will also accept public comments. Only comments regarding the modified 2009 Air Monitoring Network Plan will be considered. Comments may be e-mailed to Michael Jay at jay.michael@epa.gov or sent via regular mail to Michael Jay, EPA Region 7, AWMD/APDB, 901 N. 5th Street, Kansas City, KS 66101. Comments must be submitted or postmarked by November 9, 2009, to be considered.
