Region 8 305(b) Report - Water Quality Reports, required by Section 305(b) of the Clean Water Act, contain information on the attainment of water quality standards. States, Tribes, and Territories classify assessed waters as either Fully Supporting, Threatened, or Not Supporting their designated use(s). These Electronic 305(b) reports summarize water quality at the state, regional, and national levels.

National Water Quality Report to Congress - This document characterizes our water quality, identifies widespread water quality problems of national significance, and describes various programs implemented to restore and protect our waters.EPA's Draft State of the Environment - This report describes current national environmental conditions and trends using existing data and indicators. The five theme areas covered by the report are: Cleaner Air, Purer Water, Better Protected Land, Human Health, and Ecological Condition.
