Poisoning prevention programs
Arizona Lead Poisoning Prevention Program 
Lead poisoning must be reported by physicians and laboratories to the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). ADHS maintains a statewide registry for lead poisoning and collects measures on both children and adults. Annual reports of childhood blood lead levels in the state are available at this site.
