| Purpose | To provide funds for research, education, and demonstration to reduce risk and use of pesticides, in both agricultural and non-agricultural settings. |
| Eligible Applicants | States, Territories, Federally recognized Tribes and any agency or instrumentality of a State including State universities and some commodities groups |
| Award Amount | Usually up to $47,000 per project. |
| Total Awarded in Fiscal Year | Approximately 467K nationally in FY2005. |
| Matching Share | No matching share required under Section 20 of FIFRA. |
