PCB Disposal/Storage Resources
The storage and disposal regulations of TSCA (40 CFR 761.50 - .79) require specific approaches for PCB waste cleanup, storage location and duration, landfill and incineration disposal, and decontamination and recycling. EPA will accept comments from February 20 - April 23, 2007 (extended to June 4, 2007) for the draft CWM Kettleman Hills permit. EPA also seeks comment on the draft environmental justice assessment developed during the development of the draft permit.
