Swap Shop Starter Kit: A Guide to Help Small Towns Start Reuse

Description: Managed by the Center for Ecological Technology (CET), this kit provides case studies of successful municipal reuse centers, including budget information, site maps, and photos. Email CET to obtain a copy. The publication is called "Swap Depot Starter Kit for Small Towns, July 1999."
New Hampshire Federal Surplus Property Office

Description: The FSPP collects surplus from the State's Government Offices and Programs. School districts, municipalities, as well as other approved agencies, may purchase from this program. Items valued under $100.00 are often sold to the public at a building called "The White Barn." For catalog listings/hours, call the number above.

Description: A number of Vermont's solid waste management districts have reuse facilities for their district members.
