It may be that you have done a preliminary evaluation of properties in your community and determined that many of them may need cleanup and have redevelopment potential. Some communities find it helpful to create an inventory of properties based on criteria established for site selection. Inventories can be created informally based on your own knowledge of these sites, or can be developed with technical assistance from consultants. Below is a list of EPA brownfields grantees in New England that have developed an inventory and established site selection criteria. Contact them directly for additional information.
